Devices
Section titled “Devices”How to register display devices (kiosks, displays) with Addoggo, check their status, assign a schedule, and control them remotely.
Registering a device
Section titled “Registering a device”- Open Devices from the dashboard.
- Click Add device or Register device to open the registration form.
- Enter the registration code shown on the device app (kiosk screen).
- Format: XXXX-XXXX (four digits, hyphen, four digits, 8 digits total).
- When registration completes, the device appears in the list.
The registration code is shown when you run the device app. Enter it exactly as shown in the web dashboard.
Connection status
Section titled “Connection status”In the list you can see each device’s status:
- Online: Device is connected to the server and can receive and play schedules.
- Offline: Temporarily disconnected. Check network and power; when it reconnects it will show as online.
- Error: A connection or playback error. You may need to restart the device or check the network.
Selecting a device shows details and recent playback history.
Assigning a schedule
Section titled “Assigning a schedule”You choose which schedule each device uses for playback.
- In the device list, open the Schedule dropdown (or assignment control) for the device.
- Select the schedule to use.
- Save or confirm; the device will then play content according to that schedule.

Device control
Section titled “Device control”For registered devices you can:
- Start: Send a command to start playback.
- Stop: Send a command to stop playback.
- View: Open a viewer to see the device’s current screen in the browser.
Controls are on the device list or detail screen. They take effect when the device is online.
Editing device info
Section titled “Editing device info”To change the device name or other display info, use the device’s edit (or settings) option and update the name there.
