Dashboard
Dashboard
Section titled “Dashboard”After login, the dashboard gives you an overview of the service and quick access to common tasks.
Layout
Section titled “Layout”The dashboard has a left sidebar and a main content area. On small screens the sidebar collapses and can be opened via the menu button.
Main menu
Section titled “Main menu”The sidebar includes:
- Home: Summary, quick actions, recent activity
- Devices: Device registration, status, schedule assignment, control
- Media: Content upload and file list
- Playlists: Playlist list and editing
- Schedule: Schedule list and rule editing
- Statistics: Play and exposure stats
- Billing: Current plan, limits, upgrade
- Settings: Account, password, notifications, account deletion
Home screen
Section titled “Home screen”On the home screen you can see and open:
Summary cards
Section titled “Summary cards”- Active devices: Number of registered devices currently connected
- Media files: Number of uploaded content items
- Play count: Plays for today or this week
- Active schedules: Number of schedules in use
Clicking a card takes you to the related section (Devices, Media, Schedule, etc.).
Quick actions
Section titled “Quick actions”Shortcuts to common tasks:
- Register new device: Opens the device registration form
- Upload media: Goes to the media page
- Create playlist: Create a new playlist
- Create schedule: Create a new schedule
Recent activity
Section titled “Recent activity”Lists recently registered devices, uploaded media, and created playlists and schedules. Click an item to open its page.
When there’s no data
Section titled “When there’s no data”If you haven’t registered a device yet, you’ll see a message like “Haven’t registered a device?” and a Register your first device button to start the process.
