Billing (plans and limits)

Addoggo limits how many devices you can use based on your plan. In the Billing menu you can see your current plan and usage and upgrade if needed.

Plans apply per account (organization). With a single account it’s effectively “my account’s plan.”

  • Current plan: Which plan you’re on (Free, Basic, or Pro).
  • Device limit: Maximum number of devices you can register (1, 2, or 5).
  • Devices in use: How many devices you’ve already registered.
  • Billing period: When your current period ends (for paid plans).

If you’re at the limit, you can’t register new devices. If you see a message like “Device limit reached. Upgrade your plan,” you need to remove a device or upgrade.

To use more devices, upgrade to Basic or Pro. If the Billing page has an Upgrade or Change plan button, use it to compare plans and complete payment.

If payment or plan change isn’t available yet, the screen may show “Coming soon” or support contact info; in that case contact the service operator.
